I recently got some Marchesini wheels for my 2015 Monster 821 however, I find the stock front end too soft. What do you all think about Andreani cartridges? Looking to possibly swap the fork entirely. Curious about triple clamp setups and what kind of spacer or brake mods are needed. Any help would be awesome!

Andreani kits are a fantastic upgrade if you're not trying to go full race mode. But, if you're swapping forks, I think just as long as you are ready to play around with spacing and caliper alignment. To be effing honest nothing's ever truly bolt-on with these.

I have to add about the fork, if you're planning on replacing it, you might need to consider a new set of brake lines, especially if you're adding spacers. Any kind of change means you'll probably need longer lines.

Nice wheels! If your stock front feels too soft, yeah like @Joe Goldberg said, Andreani cartridges are a great way to upgrade without swapping the whole fork. Going full fork swap means checking triple clamp fitment and maybe needing different spacers or brake adapters. Id hit up local shops for what's worked for others. What kind of riding do you mostly do? That can help pick the best setup.

The idea of switching to Andreani cartridges is good, but you could simply change the oil first; it might be enough for your use.
My Monster has a stock Ohlins fork with 7.5W fork oil. I swapped it for a 10W one and it solved my problem.

The Andreani cartridges are a solid upgrade for the money!! They make a huge difference in damping control and you can actually tune them. You'll get much better feedback and less dive on the brakes, so that might be all you need. The install is pretty straightforward too.

If you still feel it's not enough after that, then consider swapping to Öhlins forks. They're a direct fit, but they can be pricey.. if you go that route, you'll need the matching 1200S triple clamps since the fork tube diameter is different. You might also need to mess with brake lines like @mechanicboy suggested, or even calipers depending on the donor setup. It's a lot more involved than just a cartridge kit, so I'd start with the Andreanis and see how you like it.
