Hey there fellow Monster owners! On other Ducati forums, thought I'd take a peek here for any insights.
Have a new-to-me '16 1200R picked up in '23 with 2300mi on the clock, mainly for the amazing 1198 engine which is a real gem. Had the same motor in a '15 Diavel which was a rocket, and though I love my '21 SFV4S, was missing the character and analog riding the 1198 era has.
Too many upgrades to list here, as almost every inch is untouched at this point; my fave so far, aside from the IRC blipper/qs and SC/Spark Ti exhaust has to be the gold hoops from a 1st gen SF. Really sets off the gold Ohlins bits.
