Stiff suspension

My suspension feels really stiff, especially over bumps and rough pavement but surprisingly its been great for aggressive cornering, but on longer rides or city streets it gets uncomfortable fast. Do I have to adjust the stock settings or what can I do about it without going to a dealer or something

Anyone else experienced this ?

If your car ride is too bumpy, try playing with the rebound and compression settings, just a little. This can make things smoother without messing with how well you turn corners. Also, see if your tires are overfilled, that could be making the ride feel stiff.

Have you checked your sag settings? If the sag is set too low like when your bike barely moves when you sit on it), that can definitely cause that overly stiff feeling on city bumps because the bike is riding too high in its travel.
You'll need to measure the difference between the suspension fully extended and with you sitting on it. That's the first step a professional tuner will take

Did you check your sag and preload to make sure the suspension is matched to their weight? Too much preload can make it feel stiff.

Have you tried adjusting the rebound or compression? Softening those settings a click or two can help it absorb bumps.
