Upgrading the 620

Just curious if anyone tried upgrading a 620 engine. The main parts needed for this upgrade. Is it important to change the way the engine's ports, which allow air and fuel, are set up? Do you think using Guzzi valves would work well, or should we stick with the original size of the intake? I'd love to hear any experiences or advice on what works best

Are you done deciding on this? This is no doubt a very long, expensive and difficult process. There are a lot of options that are way cheaper and less stress and hassle like just buy a 796 engine.

Upgrading the 620 engine definitely benefits from porting to improve airflow...Guzzi valves could work, but sticking with the stock intake size might balance performance without compromising reliability

Well, not all the time, but it sure is cool. (y)
