Ducati S4RS brake discs

I'm trying to figure out if the Ducati S4RS came with full floating or semi floating front brake discs. I've heard a few different things and I can't seem to find a clear answer online. I know some of the other models from that time had them but I'm not sure about the S4RS specifically.

Does anyone know for sure what kind of discs came standard on the bike from the factory and if they were semi floating, is it worth upgrading to full floating discs?

The S4RS came with factory semi-floating front discs, which are a good compromise.. they allow the rotor to expand and contract with heat, which is what matters, but the spring washers on the bobbins keep them from rattling like a full-floating race disc. Unless you're a serious track-only rider, you're not going to see any real benefit from a full-floating setup. A better upgrade would be quality pads and braided lines!!

The S4RS did come with the rotors able to move axially (left and right, on the bike) to minimize effects of slight rotor warping, but they don't move radially like true floaters.
When rebuilding my '07 'RS I added cast iron full floating rotors (can't remember manufacturer) and four-pad calipers. The lines and masters were upgraded as well. I now have a street bike with absolute one-finger stoppie potential. Not real safe for a novice, but I know the limits and love them. I typically ride with my ring finger and pinkie covering the brake lever using my other two fingers on throttle. I can get on them very fast if needed. The pads are not high-grip, that's just over the top.
Iron rotor on the rear really improved trail braking as well.
I have a list of many upgrades and a pic or two if you're interested. It was a frame powder-coating and full rebuild project, modded for "go", not "show".
