My experience with Desmoheart and Ducati parts

I bought some Spark midpipes for my Ducati S2R1000 from Desmoheart lately. It has been a month of excuses and I still do not have my parts. They told me twice that the order was packed and ready to go. Then they changed their story and said it was a mistake. I feel like I am getting a run around instead of my exhaust. I want to know if anyone else has dealt with this company or if this is just how they operate.

that's odd, because I've never seen any negative reviews about this company. have you called their customer service? a month is too much

@elliebelle4 If ever you won't be receiving any updates, you better call your bank for a chargeback.

I was able to get hold of customer service and they mentioned that the expected delivery is on or before next Friday. This is good news. I was about to contact my bank to file a dispute if they did not provide an update.
