Hi, my bro's a superbike guy who just picked up a Monster 1100. He loves it, but he's used to a more aggressive riding position and wants to get rid of the stock handlebars.
He's got a few questions, and I figured you all would be the best people to ask.
He's 6' tall and is wondering if mounting clip ons under the triple tree will be too much for him.

What do you think is the best clip on brands are for a Monster and what else he needs to be ready for when making the swap. Any tips would be awesome!

Woodcraft and Speedymoto are great choices. If you're around 6 feet tall, those under-triple clip-ons might feel a bit aggressive, so it's a good idea to test them out first. Make sure there's enough clearance for the tank, consider rerouting the cables, and be ready for some tighter wrist angles

@1000spaghetti I agree, clip ons under the triple tree would make a 6ft driver uncomfortable. check out Apex, they got highly adjustable clip ons (both height and angle) that can be set up to suit a taller rider's needs without drastically compromising comfort or handling

He has the perfect tall for the monster, if change for the clip ons will lose turn steering capacity.
Something that a friend of mine did, was invert the oem one, it came about 1 inch lower, but limited the turn steering capacity at the same way.
