2015 Monster 821 Oil leak

I purchased a used Monster 821 from a dealership and noticed an oil leak when I reached home. Looking at the deposits, it looks like it's been there for a long time, but I also noticed some fresh oil leak on the bolts. I wiped it with a rug and also saw a single drop on the floor. I did purchase the extended warranty for 3 months. Any suggestions on what might be the issue?

It could be anything from a loose drain plug, a worn gasket, or even a weeping seal, but given that you just bought it from a dealership and it has an extended warranty, it's better to call them immediately and let them diagnose it!

What part of the engine does the leak seem to be coming from?

Looks like you've got a slow oil leak. Since you have that 3-month extended warranty, take it back to the dealer ASAP and get it checked before it gets worse. Keep an eye on your oil levels until then. @ZackHacks_ is right, it could be one of those.

Can you identify the origin of the leak?
Anyway the better to do is call the dealership to activate your warranty.
