Engine swap options for my damaged M800ie

My 2004 Monster 800ie engine block got punched by the chain when the master link failed on a slow downshift and now there's a 1 in by 1/2 in hole letting all the oil out. It looks completely unrepairable because there isn't enough material around the hole to seal it properly so I need to find a replacement motor. I'm hoping someone here knows which other Ducati models share the same engine mounts as my 800ie. Also I need to know about the electronics. Will my existing ECU, gauge cluster, and key work with a different engine, or do I need to swap everything? Is there some kind of aftermarket device or product that can help simplify any wiring differences between the motors? I need all the information and hope I can get to make this swap happen.

the Monster you have has an ST based frame and an air cooled, fuel injected engine. Other engines from the same ST based DSS Generation of Monsters can be a perfect fit for this.
