I just bought the Ducati monster SP and want to change the passenger seat cover, it's really weird that there are a limited number of videos about this bike
and I can't find any videos about changing the passenger seat cover, does anyone here have any reference on this?

Well, not a lot have the bike or have it but are not interested in making videos about it, so it's not surprising. They're probably busy riding and pimping their bikes. I'd rather you go check the manual instead.

You typically just need to remove the main rider's seat first (using the keyhole on the side), which will reveal the mounting points for the passenger cover; usually, there are two hex/Allen screws located at the front or underside of the passenger section that hold the cowl in place. Once you unscrew those, the plastic cover should slide or pop off, allowing you to swap it for the passenger seat cushion if that's your goal.

Afaik, changing the passenger seat cover is usually similar across the Monster line. You can remove the passenger seat by releasing the latch under the tail and then taking out a few bolts or clips, which can differ depending on the model year.
